Esther Volivetska

Founder & CEO of BeU and Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher, NYC

Esther is a heart-centered mindful teacher. She emphasizes that students should maintain focus on their inner awareness. It’s that attention to the inner experience that transforms Yoga into a growth experience. As a result of inner focus, a student can shift and intensify their external vibration.

Esther’s approach to teaching yoga aims to meet the student where they are. Accepting where you are leads to self-acceptance and self-love. It also eliminates comparison and self-criticism. Altogether, this approach creates an environment of safety and complete self-knowledge.

Everything in Esther’s classes gently encourages students to grow through Yoga. Students gently go beyond what they ever thought possible. She guides students to flow safely and expressively throughout the yoga practice. She sees her yoga classes as a stepping stone for students to go deeper if they should choose. Esther has a life purpose of creating awareness of humanity. She brings everything she learned in her healing journey to her classes. She views sacred traditions, Yoga, and healing work as pivotal ingredients for illumination.

Esther started to practice Yoga at 19 in the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga back in Ukraine and at Sonic Yoga in NY. In January 2020, Esther graduated from the Certification Program taught by Dr Shefali Tsabary. Now Esther helps parents to build better relationships with their kids.

She attends a postgraduate LICENSED PSYCHOANALYTIC PROGRAM at THE GESTALT CENTER FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY AND TRAINING.
