Michael Murphy

Michael has taught Yoga classes for over 20 years, including group classes at American Express, Gold’s Gym, Bank of America, TIAA, Uber, and Mirabeau Hotel & Spa, as well as Health clubs like Golds Gym and IXL.

A student of contemplative practices for over 30 years (Zen, Vipassana, Breath-Body-Mind), Michael’s classes have a meditative foundation that balance strength, flexibility and deeper relaxation, combined with a flowing Yoga style. Michael’s easy-going and open manner is well suited to leading students of all levels.

An all-levels yoga class featuring a flowing series of asanas (postures) combined with breath and mindfulness meditation practices designed to increase flexibility, energy and stillness of mind.
